In case the customer does not want to buy something else, we immediately accept the change and issue a credit for a future purchase. The credit has a duration of up to 1 year from the date of issue.<\/p>\n<p>Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase and in case the product is defective.<\/p>\n<p>Return costs are borne by the customer in case the shipment is made by a transport company.<\/p>\n<p>The products must be returned intact and in excellent condition.<\/p>\n<p>Returns are not made on seasonal items.
