Return Policy
We accept product returns and replace them with another product. In case the customer does not want to buy something else, we immediately accept the change and issue a credit for a future purchase. The credit has a duration of up to 1 year from the date of issue.
Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase and in case the product is defective.
Return costs are borne by the customer in case the shipment is made by a transport company.
The products must be returned intact and in excellent condition.
Returns are not made on seasonal items. We accept seasonal item changes only with seasonal items and within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Returns are not made on products with special order and which do not belong to the planned stock of the company.
In case there is a need for a refund then the process is done by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
